Procurement procedures

The procurement procedures are carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Lithuania, in accordance with the latest order of the Director of the Public Procurement Service no. 1S-97 “On the approval of the description of the low-value procurement procedure” and in accordance with the internal public procurement procedures. Complaints (claims) of procurement participants may be submitted in accordance with the procedure established in the aforementioned legal acts and procurement documents.

Candidates who wish to participate in procurement procedures should register free of charge in the Central Public Procurement Information System. Candidates interested in low-value procurements can also apply at the contact addresses below to participate through oral or written interviews if required by the contracting authority.
